I spotted what appears to be a gas pump insert glass in an antique mall today and it had the word Golden in yellow letters on it. The sellers tag listed it as being from a gas pump but I've seen many a so called knowlegeable seller get it wrong. Can anyone tell me if there was a company or brand of gas that was called Golden?.....Dave

Fleet-Wing used Golden as a grade of their gasoline and could be found in Ohio/western PA.

Thanks fellas. I was interested because it isn't the run-of-the-mill stuff that I always find in add glass. But I've made mistakes in the past buying on my gut rather than research. There was a nice tydol one there as well that I've not come across before either. I'll be going back I think to get the both of them now.....Dave

P.S. does anyone have any pics of anything with the Golden name on it?
