ebay item 230186983311 is the the real deal or did someone make this up. i remember awhile back a post about texaco ashtrays with the pinups , and i think most of the response was that they were fake. thanks dave

NEVER HAVE I SEEN THESE BEFORE...ANYWHERE. I SMELL THE REPRO/REPOP/FANTASY PIECE RAT! LOL!
$25 FOR ONE? TOO MUCH MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS JUST MADE AND AGED TO FOOL.

My first post. I have seen several of these sets in collection. At first I thought they were a fantasy item. Then I seen them NIB or new in the box. The boxes had the makers name and address but no zip code so this means they were made before 1963. Hope this does not and to the confusion but this is what I know about them. Dan
