I was wondering if I could get any info/value on this pump, it does not have an ID tag on body but says VOLKER across the base. It was tough to get a good picture because of the trees that have grown around it. The glass is good, the globe is Farmers Union but is cracked on both sides! What would be a resonable offer for this pump? Thanks!!

I don't know the value, but how can you move it from that location, What a picture perfect spot.

There are two Volcker pumps in Jack's book. They show a date of 1926 but neither looks like this pump. Is the spelling Volker or Volcker, as in the book. Book value on the two pictured is about $1700. The globe would be valued in the $500 to $800 range if both sides were good. If the body is a Gill body (two metal rings to hold lenses on a glass body) is ok, it would be worth about $400 by itself. Volcker Manufactoring was in Huntington,IN and only advertised the two pumps shown in 1926/27 per the book.

That is a good find & a good photo. The name is spelled Volcker. The models in the book are square & yours is round. Could be a new find. The ones in the book are valued at $1700 & $1750. Hope get it & get a good deal too. Farm fresh like Mick said LOL
