Does anyone have a picture of the back side of a Gilbarco 96EH door? I would like to see the door rubber and how the glass and ad glass is installed. Your help would really be appreciated. Thanks, James

The 96ER has hinged doors, not the lift off type. Thanks, James

I would like to see the door rubber and how the glass and ad glass is installed.
If the pump has hinged doors it does not use ad glass. I have only seen ad glass on lift off door style pumps. The face glass is attached to the door using the glass bezel. Pretty straight forward. The door rubber just attaches to the door skin and is held on by little bolt on tabs that mount to the fasteners for holding on the stainless three rib trim.

Here are a few pictures of my pump. as you can see in one of the pics, there are four tabs that I would think would hold in the ad glass, below the set of four are six more tabs, 2 on each side and 2 at the bottom. As you can see there is no provision for a bar to seperate the ad glass and the computer galss to mount the trim strip or window rubber onto. Thanks again for everyones help. James

That must be a very early G&B 96 I am guessing. I have never seen one that the glass is held to the door like that. I have literally owned over 100 of those pumps, and probably parted out 30 plus.
It looks like the glass is simply held to the door with the small tabs. It looks like there is space for ad glass as well. I find it hard to believe that the ad glass would just go right above the face glass, leaving a "seam" between the two. Maybe they painted the advertisement onto the face glass. Its hard to say, pump manufacturers/jobbers/owners did alot of different things.

I assume this kit from gaspumpheaven.com will work.
(W-115) G & B 90 Series Window Glass. Includes 1 glass & 5' of R-101 rubber. Approx. 12 1/4" x 14 3/4".
Price: $15.00
Put the ad glass behind the window in the upper position and tighten the upper clips gently. Maybe you could use a piece of rubber between the clips and ad glass or a dab of silicone to hold the as glass in place.
On this pump using the same method of fastening the glass and ad glass - the rubber goes on the pump!
