Anyone ever seen this sign before? 18" x 54" It's a first for me. Where is it from? Age ? Any info appreciated. Thanks, Owen

Sign was produced by Stout Sign CO. ST. Louis, one sold at well advertised estate auction in Nov 2004. NOS for 550.00.
Every State has a Winchester so maybe not a tire company, Most tire companies advertised not using the S on the end of tires?
