Remove the Veeder-Root [computer] from pump, place in a tub, fill to cover w/ Tranny Fluid & re-concentrated Lemon Juice [less sticky/stinky than cola], agitate daily for a few days. Remove & pressure wash w/ garden hose then air hose dry, freely spray w/ WD-40, air hose off again.
On opposite side of re-set crank, make sure it ain't locked up. Try the Re-set handle, DO NOT FORCE. IF Re-set works, try rotating the bottom shaft under the drum.
