I purchased a set of Texaco restroom key tags still in the origional boxes. box 1 is labled "10 - item #195, key tags ladies". box #2 is labled " 10 - item #194, key tags men". obviously there are 10 complete sets of restroom key tags here. my question is, what style of key tag are they? "t" or the earlier "banjo style"? I believe they are the "t" style but I really dont want to open them up to see. any of you Texaco pros out there have an old dealer catalog that may list the part numbers so I can be shure?

Can you post a picture of the box?

Here is a picture of two of my boxes. The restroom pledge sign box came with key fobs (banjo type). I didn't notice any order numbers on it.

The top box does have order numbers (the signs that came out of this are from the hexagon period).

Wow...not a lot to go by...LOL

I would open them up and see what's in there. IMO, only the most die hard collectors would value a sealed box at a premium. Sealed or not they're still NOS.

Pretty sure their the Hex logo tags. The banjo type came with the board like Jamies. If it was me I'd open them up, and sell sets on ebay. Make sure you include a photo or two of them coming out of the box. You have "several" hundreds worth there.

Nice find....

They are rest room keys with a Hex logo
The clue is they are marked for a Matawan suburban
colonial station -Texaco Inc
These stations were built in the 70's-80's

Nice find

Great find. I agree with everyone, open them and that these are the hex logo.
