I haven't been able to find any info about this Gilbert and Barker pump. The label reads "Gilbert and Barker Long Distance System. Type 34, model 1, Serial 1420. MFG by G&B Mfg. Co. Springfield, Mass". On the base ir reads "G&B MFG. Co. Springfield, Mass. New York, Philidelphia, Patd. 12-10-1910" The handle is highly embossed and reads "Standard Oil Co". I collect Standard and was impressed with the completeness of the pump. I added the brass spicket. I have been told that it should have a hose. I would appreciate any information. Thanks Rex

ANY BODY HAVE ANY INFO ON G&B LONG DISTANCE SYSTEM ? IS THIS A PRE VISIBLE PUMP ?PHOTO IN FIRST POSTING ,THANKS REX

I have one of these pumps also along with original literature. The hose was an option. It came standard with a 3/4" hose. You could choose from 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 or 25 foot lengths.
Since it was a gasoline pump, "It is finished in red enamel baked on" paint.
If you need a white cloth hose, let me know.
