an old friend,who's mother i am putting a new furnace for,told me today he had a pegasus.boom!! eyes lite up. offered him a hundred bucks for it ,but he said no! not for sale.i want to know if you can give me a realistic value on this.it's a nice smaller one. year it was made? thanks in advance.thanks mick ps i am hoping to get john to be a new member.i think he has the bug but just doesn't know it yet!! by the way.john found this in a barn and asked the owner about it.the guy told him to just take it,so he did. whatta deal!!

Nice sign John. I'd place the value, in this great condition, at $3500 to $5000. I just sold one, not in as good condition, for $3500

Talk about eyes lite up!

When the OLD friend gets the bug and joins. Can you imagine his OLD friends thoughts upon this OLD friend discovering what his pegasus is really worth. Especially after his OLD friend John offered him all of a 100 bucks for it. His terminalogy OLD, may be more appropriate than ever imagined.

Trade the furnace job for it. The heat will keep them warmer this winter than the pegasus.

I think Ray's "right on" with his value estimate........it's almost impossible to find one without some chipping......or that hasn't had some restoration.
