After several months of various soakings, I could still not get my Correct Measure pump unstuck. So disassembly was the only path forward.

For those who have been lucky enough to never have had to dissassemble theirs, here is what they look like inside.

Several pumps [Rush, Fry, etc] have a similar pump in them. When every thing is back together & working properly, you should be able to hear the check flappers opening/closing.

IF you have to sandblast the insides, use a VERY FINE media.

Lee, Thanks for sharing.

Wow, wondered what the Fry pump looked like inside. The pictures you posted w/ the labels are great! I'm hoping I never have to disassemble mine, but now I know what to expect if I have to. Greg

Many companies did not make their pumps, the purchased them from companies like Blackmer.

Thanks for the sandblasting tip DB. Fortunately I will not need to do that, just a little wire brushing. My pump was stuck due to rusting in the front housing where the impeller shaft comes through. I ended up having to use a press to push out the shaft. I ran a brake hone through the housing after I got the impeller out and all is good now.
