Gentleman that I bought this from said it came from Signal Hill in Long Beach in the 1970's, anyone see one or have any info?

I bought and sold one many years ago.. got mine in Long Beach CA also....never seen another until now....

Used to be a large neon sign around for Andrews Gas, believe it was picturing in one of Rick Pease's books.
