I have owned one pump with that style hinge. That hinge is going to be near impossible to find.

I have owned one pump with that style hinge. That hinge is going to be near impossible to find. Looks like a pretty easy piece to fab. Made even easier by the fact you a working model as well as the broken one to work off of.

Could you retrofit the more common hinge on this side of the pump?
If so, those are relatively easy to find.

Much easier to fab the hinge with the broken tab in you photo.
Take your hinge off and make a card board template from it. Use the template to draw out and trim a piece of metal for the new hinge. Drill the mounting holes and then use the pin to bend and form the tabs into the hinge.
I can do the above in less then 15 minutes with hardly any expense involved.
Here's a photo of the other style lower hinge.

We did make a new hinge out of new metal. Was not that hard . just had to get the pin home the right diameter. Then was a pretty easy fix.
