I bought these 18 lights for a project, but decided to go a different direction with it, so I have no use for them. 12 are new in the package and the other 6 are out of the package but all work as seen in photos. These are battery operated with a remote, so no wires will show and are easily applied anyplace you need them. All 18 can be programmed to the same remote. They originally cost around $35 for each set of 6 when purchased. I will sell all 18 as a group for $60 shipped. Batteries NOT INCLUDED.

What type of batteries do they use and how are they mounted?

They take AAA batteries and they mount with round double tape adhesive circles. No drilling of holes or wiring. If you don't want to use the remote, they can be turned on and off manually by simply pushing up on the housing.
