I was looking over the photos of the fall Carlisle show and saw one of a bennett 966 with a shoebox globe on it. Does anybody know if these have been repopped and if so Who Where etc? I have had several originals over the years but have never seen or heard of a repo available.

I heard rumors of repops also. I would love to get a repop. globe. I have the holder.

Yea we've got 4 or 5 various shoebox holders for different pumps, I was surprised when I read this though. I had never heard of any repos before now.

There is interest in making repro shoeboxes. To my knowledge, it hasn't happened yet. It will be no secret when they are made. The maker will be sticking his neck out financially, so promoting sales will be a priority.

I bought the Bennett 646 with the repo shoebox globe at Carlisle. The pump was at my space when photo was taken. The globe is a very nicely one off version. The insert on the sides is removable flat plexiglass with vinyl graphic's. This design could be copied very easily if somebody wanted to make a few. I will sell it for $200. I will send a picture to be posted.
