$400 is about all it's money retail given condition. Realistically I'd say offer $325 if you like it and plan to keep it. Or as others say, save your money and buy a better one later.

Cost Less $$$ to buy Plywood to cover hole in Roof or side of Barn!
I'd leave my # & wait a week or two. I'm w/ the other guys at $300 Max.
