No report? I know SOMEONE went. Any rare items? Prices? How was attendance with gas at $3 a gallon? Come on guys. Pics not required (but would be nice). Thanks.

Gary,

I guess nobody got anything good! LOL I know that there were alot of buyers there and saw alot of stuff changing hands. If I knew about globes and signs I could give you and update but I do not. I did see alot of very neat and great cans, signs, globes. There were not that many pumps this year, and when you found a decent one they wanted a restored price for it. I do know talking with Greg Brown that he sold several pumps. He seemed to be the only person there with pumps at a decent market value. The rest of the pumps:
Fry 10 gallon---$4000
Bowser clock----$1850
Tall Tok 39-----$475
Short Tok 39----$375
Bowser Elec-----$650

These were all unrestored. I think the guy was Paul Severn from Maryland that had some really good pumps. I do not know much about the signs and globe market. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Phil

Thanks, Phil

Sorry Gary,

I had the family with me trying to sneak out of the motel room at 6 am and not wake all of them. LOL I WILL have the camera next year. Hopefully, Ron took some pics to share. If you had been there to drink beer with me Gary it would have kept my mind sharper. LOL

Phil

Thanks, Phil
