I appreciate the welcome. I hear you on the decals but I think I may try something else to try keep the original look. As far as the skins, they ar at a local body shop getting the treatment. That is really all I'm waiting for. I have everything else done and in hand. I need to start looking for my next project I guess.

Welcome aboard. I like it, I like it a lot. Looks like you have lots of room for when that pump starts to multiply!

Thank you sir. As far as room to expand that is my Shop at work. I guess I'll have to leave room for something that actually pays the bills.

You can't go wrong with red on black! Personally I think the round tin can for the V.R. makes a better ashtray that anything else ( sorry guys.) Maybe it's just me but there is something mesmerizing about looking into all those gears and sprockets!....Ooowe....Aahh crazy

These are fun pumps to restore. Ive done several and parts are no hassle. You will enjoy the finished product so much that you will soon be hunting down a mate for it, and more and more and more.

The skins were in great shape, the frame not bad either. I already have all the parts and went overboard on alot of it due to the thing being in good shape from the start. I plan to set this one in my office just like a mounted deerhead. Anyone have any ideas on where I might locate another project pump, preferably in the southeast ?
