Here are two 10' single piece sinclair signs that my grandfather modified for use as coal shutes in the 600 ton coal bunker. The ends were cut and bent down and the signs flipped over so the back side with the sign lips could be used for chutes. The sign faces remained in pretty decent shape since they were upside down. One is going on my barn and the other in my den. I had to climb up inside the bunker for the one with the diagonal rust damage from the roof caving in on it. The other was in the rafters of the old coal scales shed.
