I only have a couple of pencils ...but this is my alltime favorite one. Thet are hard to photograph but this Gilmore pencil says "New and Improved Lion Head Motor oil" with oil and floating ball bearing at the top. Neat. I was happy to find it on Ebay mislabeled and pretty cheap which was in my price range...LOL

Hubba, loving the Gilmore stuff for sure.

Not much special in this group except the Hicksatomic pens. Hicks is based near here. They have pulled out of the gasoline business and concentrate on propane sales now.

Its really tough to read these, but there are a couple from Savon gas stations. The father of a friend of mine started that company. Besides their own brand, they had Union 76 and Texaco stations.

Most of these pencils advertise 50 Fords, 59 and 62 Buicks. They came from dealerships in a small town near here. Theres an H.Earl Clack bullet pencil, and the floaties are Conoco, White Rose, and Cities Service. The Mobilgas pen has a nice Pegasus logo on the pocket clip.

Here's some gas pump mechanical pencils. The first on the left is kinda cool as it has a clear plastic shaped detailed Erie Model 77 on the top. There's a couple Wayne 70's on the next two. Then a Gilbert and Barker pencil and then an Eaton(?)advertising mechanical pencil depicting a pump that looks just like a Tokheim model 39.

Mobil can floaties and others...the third from left has a clean nail in "oil" and says treated with Mobil Hydrotone and the other side has a rusty nail..says untreated.

Foreign floaty with a odd cone shaped Mobiloil AF can floating in the oil.
