WHILE MY LAST WEEKS BOTW IS GONNA BE TOUGH TO BEAT, I WAS STILL SATISFIED WITH THE FEW GOODIES I PICKED UP ALONG THE WAY.

THESE MATCHBOOKS AREN'T MY USUAL THING, BUT THE GRAPHICS WERE TOO COOL TO PASS UP:

AND FROM THE SAME ANTIQUE SHOP THESE TWO
NICE CANS:

A COMPOSITE QUART (ATLANTIC-RICHFIELD)

A 120# BLACK BEAR CAN (1998) BUT THIS LOCAL (TO ME) OIL CO HAS BEEN USING THE SAME GRAPHICS ON THEIR BULK PRODUCTS FOR MANY DECADES.....SO IT JUST LOOKS OLD EVEN IT'S NOT!

38 HITS LAST WEEK'S BOTW. LET'S TRY TO TOP THE #'S AND SHOW YOUR STUFF!

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR BOTW SUPPORT!

We were able to buy these signs at a local auction last week.

All of the signs cleaned up nicely and look much better than they do in the picture.

Wanted: Gas pump globes:Sinclair & affiliates, IL companies. Ripple bodies. Anything Sinclair, Stoll, Pierce, 4 Bros.

Don,
Your image problem was caused by not putting the two slashes after the http and colon. you had only one slash.
To avoid that, put the Web address of the image in your browser's location box (the box with the Web address at the top of your browser screem) and click your enter key. You should be able to view your image. If it doesn't work, figure out what's wrong, spelling, not uploaded, etc. If it works and you see the image, highlight and copy the address and paste it in the Shop Talk message where you want it, with after with no spaces between.
One issue with two or more images is that the img code for each image must be on a separate line or have a blank space between them. Hope that helps on the next one.

Doc if you could post these pics in botw I would appreciate it. Thanks, Joe Petroholic
This is from a road trip this Sat from Wi to Iowa. The gravity I belive to be a G&B 177 that I paid 80.00$ NO it's not a typo, the other pump is a tolkiem 39 tall for 125.00$ The displays were also fairly priced at 8.00$ a piece. So it was defeneitly worth the trip! Not showen are two 4+6 COOP signs for 40.00$ a piece.Still good deals to be had!!  Which makes you want to keep hunting!

My BOTW happened by chance Sunday, I was delivering some lenses to a customer, & laying on the floor of his showroom were a couple castings I recognized, I knew they had to be Square Bowsers. It turned out he had enough stuff for two pumps less a cylinder and cast top, and had too many projects laying around to worry about these. He said if I was interested we could do some swapping, well needless to say, we made a deal, and now I have a new project, a pair of Square Bowser visibles. There aren't too many visibles on my want list, but this is definately one I've always wanted, I sure wish I had 12' ceilings, somewhere, anywhere.

Thanks Doc for posting my picture (Now that I sent you the right one HAHA). That Wayne 60 (1st post of this thread) was from Frankie (T-Bone's Dad). THe pump was in really good shape. That surface rust came off quick. I already have it primed. Hope to finish it in the next few weeks. ~Jason

Also found this Gilmore sign not in the best of shape but the price was right. Ted
