Ran a free local classified and got a call from a guy who had some gas stuff.

Got a cool Valvoline wooden crate that says "2-5 QT cans", a couple of full metal Quaker State cans, a Veedol grease can, a couple of gallon oil cans, and a oil bottle spout mounted on a mason jar.

Hey guys,

Been on vacation back home to Louisiana. That's why you haven't heard a peep out of me in over a week...

I have an interesting BOTW post... It shows the benefits of having family members look for stuff for you! My dad, who collects antiques (esp. cast iron) started looking for petro stuff for me, and here's the result already

Some nice maps - all are NOS no splits at all:

Check out the Lion!

Now the Esso Tiger mugs... This is a full set of Fire King mugs, with the tin tray. The mugs are mint, and the tray is way better than even the one pictured in the Fire King book:

Here's an Esso 16-gal drum that will make a nice trash can:

And finally, a couple of Gulfspray cans, two slight variations:

So remember - always get your family involved in seeking out cool stuff for you

Doc,

Didn't want the "oil bottle", but he made me take it with the other stuff. Thought I'd keep the spout in case I found a real oil bottle without one.
