I finally got around to finishing this erie 70 it was the hardest pump i have ever restored, i have never seen so many dents and a lot of them are still in it. But i figured since its going behind a chair and i like the patina look it would be good enough for me. this is pump five in the basement i think i still have room for a couple more, what do you guys think. i am also posting a few more pictures since the basement is almost the way i want it.

Originals only for me. Always looking for Simpson oil, Super A, and MFA oil cans and globes.

Every basement should look that good. Of coarse there is plenty more room for pumps. Love the fire goodies too.

Shawn your basement goods great. Glad to see that your shakers have a "place of honor". Remove some of that "drop ceiling" and you can place a couple of visibles by the french doors. Thanks for sharing.

Shawn, the Erie turned out looking great. Looking at that basement makes me want to get some of my stuff cleaned up and displayed. Didn't realize how much stuf I had scattered around that garage until I spent the last two days moving stuff out. It actually has a concrete floor that you can walk on! lol Bad part though, I've probably still got at least another couple of days of moving stuff before I can start on the rebuild. I hope when I move it all back in that I can get some of it displayed half as nice as your basement.

Putting the display case in the wall worked out nice. My wife and i bought two of them at a auction and my plan was to put both of them in the wall downstairs. But she took one for herself and put it upstairs.
