Hi all

this would be something weird looking compared to the usual model but its a fiberglass panelled Gilbarco 1006 model... of course the majority you guys see are the steel panelled versions but in the late 70's onto the 80's down here in OZ, BP started to use fiberglass panels on their existing pumps...

Its my first & last fiberglass panelled pump... never again... nothing beats steel all round..

I acquired a Jack Daniels globe a long time ago and wanted to use it other than on the bar so I ended up throwing it on this pump... did a custom satin black finish (in lieu of gloss black) to match the satin white decal and I'm happy how it ended up.

cheers

Martin

Rather than having my ice cold Budweiser come out of the fridge I'd like to see it in a nicely restored pump. No doubt
