I just bought this sign. After talking to a few people and sinclair collectors, I think there is ONLY a few of these known to exist! So I'd say this qualifies as RARE!

Its a little rough with a bullet hole in center BUT I am totally happy with it! It was used as a septic tank cover for 75 years!!!!! After a life of defocation I figure it's Time for this signs 15 minutes of Fame!!!! LOL
