most of these were attached to the inside of the pump on the frame rail when they weren't used. makes it nice for the ones that come with the short light socket in top and gives you the ability to screw the adapter in and mount the screws and then it brings the light socket upto the top of pump and lights up globe alot better. Everyone that I have bought has had these lying inside the pump someplace.
