I just listed a pair of Texaco Skychief lenses in excellent condition on eBay. They are 13 1/2 inches. I sold one set earlier this week you're on Olgas and I'm selling my second set on eBay. Please bid through old gas. Item number 290881590482

I've been looking at your lenses and comparing them to others on ebay listed as repops and I can't see any difference between them. I'm not implying that yours are repops and I imagine this has been covered here before but just for my own knowledge are any sort of identifying difference between them?

Those are for a Gill body. No Notches. They don't repop those. Mitch

Great thanks for the info. I missed the notches because the repops are shown/sold already in a body. But now I know. Thanks!

You need to look at the backs of some repop lenses along side some real ones and you'll see the difference. There is no real way of telling by looking at the fronts. A lot of repops will be marked at the bottom of the lens if they were made by reputable dealers.
