how many variations are known in the texaco 10" X 15"s?
I believe this size is the rarest & hardest to obtain- I had a place picked out for the 2 signs of subject, usually at least finish 2nd in the bidding- the fire chief I would of been 9th if the snipe went & 3rd on the sky chief-
that's what you get when your "cheap"..NOTHING...cool

I think the porcelain Sky Chief super-charged w Petrox 10x15 is considered the hardest/ rarest to come by. Hopefully Doug or Daniel will chime in on that.

That's the one Randy in Dan's photo, the "Supreme" is much easier to find. Dan is going to sell me that when he get's board with it LOL smile

You can't really compare these two painted metal signs with their porcelain cousins pictured above.

These signs were made in the late 60's to my understanding for foreign markets. Most of them of were destroyed.
