You can tell this is a painted sign and look how they mispelled the word "All Ways" it should say "Always"

Not sure what makes you think its a painted sign, as it sure looks like a porcelain sign? I don't know anything about the spelling or any other design features, but that's a porcelain sign to me.

Sign in question looks porcelain to me too...but these were all double sided and meant to hang as pictured as far as I know. There is also a flanged version. Never seen a single sided one or one with holes in the bottom edge..

Guess I'm wrong on the spelling of all ways. Use the zoom feature on the ebay listing and look at the green portions of the sign at the bottom. Doesn't look like porcelain to me.

I see nothing on the green area that would lead me to believe it is anything but porcelain. Look at the chips in the corner and the one in the middle. I don't believe you could ever get paint to chip and show the next color layer below? Most definitely porcelain.

If it's fake it's a very good job, all the repops have everyone gun shy, not unheard of that new signs are turning up. I agree that it looks like porcelain.
