ebay does allow the community to report items if they are legitimately sold without trademark. Note the link at the bottom of every page titled "Report this Item".
There is a big problem on ebay with cheap foreign knockoffs of expensive purses and watches.
The maker should have chosen a brand other than Coca-Cola to reproduce. The Coke collecting community is non only incestious, but their collectors are as knowledgeable as any collectors about the origins of Coke collectibles. Hopefully word will make its way around.
