Won a red Esso extra can the other week - real good shape (220456815302). The seller had me pay an extra $15 for emptying the oil (never happened to me before - you just go to the gas stn or shop and they emty it, right?) When I receive the package today, it is another can inside. Lots of paint loss etc, much like this 220460827611. Emailed the guy, and we'll see what he comes up with...I demanded a positive response within 24 hours, that he would send the real can and the real can in my mail box within a week or ebay would be notified - what can I do?
thanks for any information/help.

Claes
ps. the name is Stephen Masley in Palmer, MA ds.

the guy runs an Antique store in Palmer, xtremely high on his prices, I would not give him a week, Report him now for sending the wrong item, if you paid by Paypal you will get your money back

$15 for emptying can is BS. Wouldn't have cost $5 more on shipping a Full qt. [& IF they leak, it's the sender that answers to the USPS].

The man responded - "I am on vacation, but send the can back and I'll give you a full refund". That leaves med with no can and a loss of $15 :-( ...I don't think so...

Claes, file a complaint and get a full refund including the $15. Also tell him to pay for return postage as he made the mistake(?) not you.
