150 is a good price. 225 is high retail and you add shipping and your fully INvested in it!

Seems to me the value estimates and general availability comments are not taking into account the size of this sign:
"SIGN MEASURES 17 1/4" TALL BY 16" WIDE"

Much harder to find than the standard larger tombstones.

In the area of the country LA Picker and I live in, signs are generally scarce and even more so in nice condition, therefore usually bring more money than in more highly populated areas which typically have more collectors, more volume of items and more sale venues.
