Are these globes usually marked on the bottom inside with a date of 1930 something or did they make them with out dates too ?

This one is marked...if you look at the picture of the inside of the collar you can see the black-lettered dating.

Too bad its cracked! I doubt it will bring anywhere near what the last one brought.

I think it would be prudent for anyone in the general area interested in that globe to go take a closer look at the crack in person if possible. That globe is so nice otherwise, hardly used IMO, that it very well could be a mold issue where the glass didn't fill completely and left a very fine line that discolored with what little use it did see. I just don't see any impact damage which with globes is usually visible as a impact fracture/chip point or flat out hole, which again, I do not see on this globe. I've looked at the crack several times and I just don't know if it really is or not!

Your right, Now I see the marking.

But if you can not look at it in person always assume the worst cause cracks always seem to get bigger when it is shipped and it arrives at your doorstep!!
