I've done the same thing in the past. I had several people email me through eBay thanking me. I listed the ad for 30 days. eBay deleted the listing after 10 days. I was surprised it lasted that long. They didn't want me to interfere in there percentage earnings I guess. Good for this guy in this listing mentioned above.

Very sad, that e-Bay willingly chooses to defraud, the very customers, it should be protecting. In my books, e-Bay is the enabler and thus more to blame then the low life sellers that exploit the unsuspecting buyers.
E-Bay has done a good job of creating a false sense of security by promoting and marketing it as a "safe market place". E-Bay is such a corrupt company when it comes to their profits and turning a blind eye to this whole problem.

Dave my thoughts exactly. Reports to eBay of fraudulent sellers are ignored. The end result is the honest collectors don't go on eBay anymore and the naive get ripped off. As Phillips 66 said last week eBay is 90% (low number) fake.

That is one of the best ones I've seen. I do still laugh at the PPP, hammer and a rock kit (age your own sign) about a year or so ago.

Kudos to those who take the time to post those types of listings on ebay.
