Morning gang. I am heading off to my least favorite place in the entire world, the dentist. I have been dreading this day since the appointment was made. Ishy.

Hope everybody has a good day!

Hi Ryan, All,
Actually went to bed with rain, and awoke with rain! Boy is that a rarity this year! We had some pretty heavy rain and lightning last evening. A coworker said she at one point she took cover in the basement, but it didn't get that bad here in town.
A friend of mine who is a record dealer called last night and said he had some Elvis Presley "Bonus Photos" that came with some of Elvis' records in the mid to late 60's. The records are a dime a dozen, while the photos were hung up and thrown away years ago, so they are more valuable than the records. I was happy to add 4 of them I didn't have to my collection. My Dad and Mom like Elvis and as a kid we went to Graceland so I've been a fan since I was about 10, over 25 years now which is hard to believe. He was certainly an interesting man, wish he were still alive.
Have a great day today,
Darin

Good Morning everyone,

Another hot and dry one today. This is getting old and we haven't even gotten to August yet. Whew! Glad we had beautiful weather in Maine while we were there for the last week.

Here's a pic of a skinny little fox wandering through our backyard yesterday. Looks like he is having a pretty tough Summer.

Have a great day!

Good morning Gang!

Walking outside was like stepping into an air conditioned room. What a nice drop in temps for a change. 22º makes all the difference in the world.

Loaded up the truck and heading to a garden party at a local catering place. Hopefully selling some birdhouses to some old ladies LOL!

Kinda cloudy this morning should clear up later!

The only fox I've seen around here have sadly been flattened against the asphalt! frown

Morning all, same story here, weather wise. 90s and humid.
Cloths are over rated in this weather, although I look better in mine. Couple hours early and couple late about sundown seems to be my pattern.
HAGD-ALL!

Doc--In North Dakota we call those sail foxes, because you can pick them off the highway and sail them thru the air!
(not that anyone actually does it. LOL)

Jim,

The poor thing probably has mange, which they seem to get when conditions get rough. Nature is tough...

Mick, even though some of your customers must get cranky from the heat and bad sleeping in it if the AC is on the fritz, I bet when they see you they are so happy or at the very least, relieved! I know when that's happened to us, we greet the guy with lots of smiles, thank yous, ice water and sodas!

Super nice letter from folks who don't take what you do for granted...

Mick, that guy writes like most of the guys I work with talk. Only theyre not usually full of compliments. But seriously, that is what its about for me too. A pat on my back goes a really long way. Thats a good reminder for all of us to "Do unto others, not into.
