On ebay 200343955848. Seller says it not faded in anyway and has vibrant colors. But has rust straight through a bend. Doesn't make any sense to me. The size seems odd to, 35 1/2 tall. In my hometown but seems out of sorts.

Guy bought that at my auction, it is a) absolutely 100% original, b)is creased across the chest, it was obviously screwed down through the chest and somebody tried to yank it off a wall, thus creasing it across the chest, c)as glossy & slick as an original sign can be.

That is bare (obviously rust-colored) metal along that crease, just like any other chip, and would have no bearing on how glossy & vibrant the rest of the sign would be. It went for like right at $1000 at my auction (which I considered a bargain), I'll be interested to what it brings. There are two sizes that I know of, one's about 3' tall & the other 6' tall. We had both in my sale. There were two of these at Chip's that were pretty rough comparatively that were priced at $1600.

that one looks good but here's a fake, 140321476574, this guy from Germany has pedaled a few of these, now he doesn't show close ups.
