I wonder if there is anyone that can ID this cast iron pump base found on a local farm being used as a tractor weight! Tokheim 280???

Might be helpful to post the dimensions, circumferences & height.

Bottom end 23 11/16" top end 16 11/16" height 5 13/16"

Tokheim 280 or 285 I'm pretty sure. Can anyone confirm? I can bring this to Hershey if anyone out there needs it.
