Looks original(gulf), Tokheim 423 Double Oil Lubester.

It looks as though it is actually a 423. It has fill ports centered just like the 423. The 330 has fill ports on the left side of the top.

Notice that the 423 does not have drain-back tubes, and the 330 does.
