I am 99.9% finished with a 2-1/2 month restoration (full time job got in the way). I plan to purchase brass heavy hex nuts for the visigauge. I had to reproduce the visigauge; except for the domed top that I purchased a sand cast reproduction. When connected to an air compressor, it works; including the clockfaces moving around 1/2-gallon at a time. I had to reproduce the manual handle assembly, but purchased the repro handle (sand cast from original). I am not sure if I am going to brand it or not; to break up the large areas of red. The best part of the pump, the copper tubing, brass pneumatic cylinders, and brass valve assembly are hidden from view. Every time I lower the shroud to display the guts, I scratch paint off of the large diameter connecting rods at the base. I will purchase a 10 foot hose, just testing with the short hose from my Bowser Red Sentry.
