Sorry if this has been asked before! but what is the purpose of this washer and bolt on the top of a side panel of a Tohkeim 39 pump?

It is there to hide the hole in the skin. You can remove it and there would be a rod that comes out from the frame and they attach a price box to it. Richard

Thanks for the reply. I dont think I have ever seen a picture of a pump with a price box attached. I will start to pay attention to them now.

Here is what goes there. I have this one on eBay now. It’s the last one I have, sold one Monday.
