I thought you guys would like a photo collage of Original Mobil pegasus cookie cutter differences I put together. From all the research I’ve done The 3 piece signs always have a date on the belly. Neither of the two piece versions have had dates on them, that I have found. All the 3 piece versions come in left and right facing in all the variations. The two piece versions have only been facing left from what I could find. I’m assuming they made right facing two pieces as well, but unsure at the moment. Also from what I’ve seen in person some range bright red to almost a red/orange. Correct me if I’m wrong on anything. I’m sure there’s more subtle differences on these signs, since different manufacturers made these signs, but these are the main differences I have found.

I enhanced the lines were the signs come apart at. They were hard to see in the photos.

Are all the same size or are the two piece smaller?

They do reproduce the large cookie cutter versions. I believe they are three pieces. So be careful.

Yes I’ve seen both 2 piece and the 3 piece versions. They are the same size and both are original.
