Any stories to tell about Fastenal shipping your gas pump ? Can I trust them, or should I seek other transport ?

Used to go to fastenal to get nuts and bolts. Now, if you dont have a corporate account, you cant buy a thing. Seem very unfriendly now in general, shame really. Change came few years ago here in Wisconsin. Maybe there freight is another department, handled differently, but I have no desire to use them. I've been using freightquote.com very happily for a number of years now.

I have used Fastenal for freight shipping (mainly vintage outboards, and large signs). No complaints (and very reasonably priced). We only had one shipment get delivered to the wrong store (out of 20 shipments or more). They have a dedicated third party point-to-point rep that assists if they're any issues.
