I have been asked this a few times and figured it was time to ask for some input for future reference. When did brass nozzles stop being put on new pumps from the factory? Would it be correct to assume WW2 took all the brass for shell casings and they started to use aluminum from then on? What would be correct for different year pumps.

I had a customer awhile ago that had to have the correct nozzle. I finally let him dig thru the pile and pick one out he liked.
