Can anyone help me with the year of manufacture of a Tokheim Model 34 gas pump. serial # 702543. ?

The information I have from the Tokheim pump company shows that the Model # 34 serial #'s 700,000 to 703,597 were manufactured between 1-29-34 to 12-31-34. So my guess would be that your pump was produced sometime in the fall of 1934. Ron Scobie may have more in depth information and a more exact date.
I should have mentioned that in fact the Tokheim #34 was produced up until the end of 1937 with 12-7-37 being the last day that they were produced with the last pump carrying the serial # 715,089.

According to my records the Tokheim 34 was made from the beginning of 1934 to the end of 1937.

WoW just researching serial numbers on 34 tokhiem...my the date and time of this post....so erie
