This decal is on a small 15 gal oil dispensor or lubster that I got at a estate sale has anyone seen or know anything about this company, Penn Glow . Thanks Jack

I have never heard of Penn Glow. There decal is about the same as Penn Drake. Wonder if it is affiliated with them?
