it is a lollypop sign & I would say as for value $500-$800 if the other side is in good shape too. Add $100-$150 if you have the correct base. Hope this helps nice sign

I had one in Iowa for sale. Looked about the same. Was the sign only, no bracket or base. Was asking $395 and I still own it. Hope this helps
