Quick question..... when flanges were produced, are there occasions when the flanges would be facing different directions at the rear of the sign?? I have seen the same sign here in hershey, same year of production, with a different flange direction on one of the signs,as opposed to the rest all facing the same direction. I noticed that on similar signs at Matthews and the bay, all the flanges from that year of production face the same way, but one I saw today was a different direction. On the majority facing the same direction, there is a date mark preceded by a mark of "4915" and the one flange today with the opposite facing rear had a date mark, but was minus the "4915". That 4915 would not be an indicator of some sort for the set up of the flange direction would it?? Just wondered if that flange direction would throw up a red flag?
