Hi Guys just picked this Texaco sign up ,
I have never seen one like this ,
Its 12 feet long the leters are 22" x18" when you take off the covers the neon tubes light up RED the the back of the letter's are cast aluminum with clear tube thats light up red
I need a new cover letter "T" as its messed up

Any help Guys?

it's from the 1980's to now, there is a gas station near my home who still have this exact sign

around here they are differnt from the 80's

I took it to a shop that does neon and he said by his guess it would be mid 50's early 60"

So I really dont know

I think your's is from the 60's/70's.

There was one for sale in Payson, AZ last year. Just like it and was priced at $1200. I offered $800 but couldn't make a deal. I didn't really have the room for it at the time and I was concerned the neon wasn't working.

I had 2 sets of these a few years ago and wonder if your is the other. Did it come from the Spokane area?
