im restoring an old lubester this is my first and i need one part.. to make it work again can any one tell me where i can find parts. i need what looks like a leather seal that holds the spring on the pump its the same dia ac the inside of the pump can .... any help would be great

Take the cylinder & plunger to a water well or hydraulic pump re-builder in your area OR a place that sells leather.

If that was me, I would be changing the throw/stroke on the rear crank assembly to travel a greater distance with each rotation! I started drag racing at an early age.
