I have sent Joe my computer for refurbishing thru Fed Ex and they have attempted to drop it off 2 times but they are requiring a signature and saying no one is there . I figure he is working and not around but they will try again Saturday. Hopefully he will be around. Fed Ex tells me because I insured it for $400.00 they need a signature. I know Joe is a very busy man and is tough to get a hold of but I want to make sure he isn't away or something. Is there someone who can tell me if he is around . I will send him an email also . Thanks for your help.

Got to talk to Joe last nite ,what a great guy. He has been so crazy busy with the cold weather doing water break repairs he hasn't had much time for communication with the outside world. Can't thank you guys enough for your help you are totally awesome. Thanks again.
