I have the Canadian Version the S.S.E.

Frame cosists of 4 pipes about 1 inch dia.. so that is 3/4 pipe I think.. by 5 1/2 ft long. One end has short pie thread and threads into the top, bottom has longer thread, straight I presume about 2 inches or so, fastens to base with jamb nuts top and bottom.
Computer sits on a shelf about 1/16 steel fits between the pipes with 2 edges bent down at 90. then U bolts fasten this to the frame pipes.
Another by the hose outlet, its about 3/4 angle iron again held by U bolts.

That is the whole frame..

I would trade drawings of trhese parts for tracings of your skins..use masking(bodyshop) or butcher paper, trace out, then fold to mail..

Tracing my panels I can do for you, but I probably need some pictures to put this pump back together, there is enough of the old pipe, jamb nuts, and the mounting plate for the computer, to figure out the pipe. However an exact length, and knowing that it is straight pipe, would be a big help. What I do not know (and pictures may help)is what the panels rest against, and what the corner trim pieces screw to.
The pieces that I have are too nice to just use for parts, it needs to be put back together, looks like it had been stored inside for years, who knows why the frame work was cut up and thrown away.

There is an inner rail that looks similar to the outer rail but it is thicker and tapped, my pump needs at least 1 made.

The skins rest against this, and the corner trims hold all in place.

I will go a bit custom on mine but the skin tracings will give me the general dimensions and starting point.

Here are a few pics of my 77 frame

The tall heavy metal corner rails (See photo above)screw on with 2 screws 1 at the top and 1 bottom to the top and bottom castings. The outer trim pieces that hold the skins on screw to this with 5 screws down the center. Ron Scobie has the outer trim pieces in polished stainless but not the heavy corner rails. There is also a flat center trim strip that fits down the center of the corner trim held on by the same 5 screws. Scobie has this too. There are an additional 2 small sheet metal pieces per side that screw on at the sides of the face bezels to complete the sheet metal on the front and back by the bezels.
Hope this helps, Jeff

Interesting. mine only has one angle iron bracket higher than the computer shelf.. I will double check.. and Yours seems to have an extra piece on the side holding that knob. I will have another look.

I will take another look at mine.

Wa Chief, sounds like needs corner rails and trim. I will make 1 corner rail for mine, I am missing one.. I think they would be a hassle to ship across the border anyway. (unless cut in 1/2 and rewelded)

Dodo,
Since mine is a clockface it needs 2 angles to hold each side of the clock mech. I didn't install it but there is also another shelf that goes near the bottom that held the motor. 77 clocks have a unique reset crank system that is a ratcheting mechanism. It resets in one direction and slips in the other.

Wa Chief,
If your sight glass stuff looks different than shown I have info for mounting bracket, it is used if your inner top has tapped holes 8 in apart in the same plane as your faces.

From flat on your inner top to flat on your base.inner measurement is 61 1/2 on mine... adjustment for this is made with the Jam nuts above and below bottom casting.

Computer shelf is 40 inches up from the flat area on base where the pipes go thru.

I can draw it out and send but will wait to see what your manifold uses for hanging.
